Joel Robertson, Broadway actor and cast member of six blockbuster Broadway hits has introduced this new website and is dedicated to raising the the Broadway brand, spotlighting artists and inspiring millions of broadway enthusiasts and seeks to reveal a behind the curtain, unique perspective that only a Broadway veteran can offer.

“Secretstobroadway.com unveils the inner workings of the Broadway scene in a more intimate way than other sites do”, states Robertson. Categories such as “Luncheon with the Stars”, feature videos of Robertson interviewing current Broadway Stars such as Brad Oscar (Something Rotten) and Liz Larsen (Beautiful) in a 4 star Broadway district restaurant. These up-close-and-personal conversations reveal memories and often surprising secrets. Other categories include: “Industry Insights” where the day-to-day life of an actor is discussed along with expert advice from management companies; “Broadway Street Smarts” captures the reaction from young audience members as they exit the theater; and “Ghost Light” shares actors accounts and others of supernatural happening within theater walls and other domains.

when asked why he chose this project, Robertson responded, “With Broadway attendance at an all time high, the timing seemed right for an actors perspective. I want to convey the Broadway feel and to still be involved with Broadway and it’s actors anyway I can!

Broadway shows include: Don’t Step on my Olive Branch” (1976) “Fiddler on the Roof”, Broadway and National tour(1981-1982, original cast of “Cats” (1982-1988), “Les Miserables”, (1988-1997), original cast of “Parade”,(1998-1999), “Jekyll and Hyde”, (1998-2000) and Santa in “Radio City’s Christmas Spectacular”in Chicago, (2001-2002).
